Poster Design Brief

I need a banner design for a bridal shower. The banner size is 4 feet by 8 feet, so the artwork needs to be appropriately vertical (4'x8') I would like the design to be a fake instagram post with the attached photo and hashtags.
Please add emoji's to the hashtags. hearts, and engagement ring, a tropical drink, a flip flop (if there is one.)
