Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo design for my custom home design company in Wisconsin called Designs Galore. I have been designing new custom homes and remodels since 1991. My current logo is a burnt orange rectangle above an olive green rectangle. I still do like an emerald to olive green color and would love to have a faux bois pattern in the lettering or back ground. I specialize in home and projects that range from 500K-3million, however I am known for really understanding what each clients needs and wants are and designing specifically for them, so each of my project are very different. Currently I am building a model home using bark siding and hope to set a new trend in Wisconsin. Hence the use of a faux bois pattern to pay homage to the bark siding. The design should have a warm, vintage, and timeless quality.

Target Market(s)

Home Building contractors and home owners with a joint income of 150K and up. Most of my clients are not first time home owners and are between 30-60 with children still in the house or grown children.
