Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new company. the name of the company is Med Clinic Solutions. It is a marketing consulting company and focused on professional services. Even though the name has some healthcare related terms in it, it is a consulting and professional company first, NOT a healthcare provider company. The company does lead generation for building clinics for school districts, municipalities, and businesses. The logo needs to have a consulting feel to it and may also, as a design option, express care and trustworthiness for employees. This is not required but just a design option we would want to explore as well.
