Logo Design Brief

this logo will be for a new blog / podcast / youtube channel covering topics around the theme of personal development, freedom, travel, spirituality and living life to the fullest.

I want a modern recognizable icon logo based on my initials "DV" as well as the full name "D A N I E L V O G L E R" in all caps, think letters (maybe Lato font) and with spacing between the letters below that icon.

The logo should look great in 1 color (black / white) although some gradient may be cool too.

To better help me imagine what the logo will look like on my website please show me 2 versions of the logo:
1. in black on white background
2. in white on a darkened image background

Please check the example logos I've attached below. They should give you a pretty good idea of what I'm looking for.

I love symmetry and simplicity.
