Logo Design Brief

I already have a Logo, just want to simplify it so i can use for a number of different purposes, with our company Quality Documents and Letters.
- I would like to remove the Electrical Contractor and just keep AULDEC SOLUTIONS as it is.
- Where the Electrical Contractor is written possibly could have the word "Solutions" Written under the AULDEC
- I would like the current attached Logo shorter and takes up less space on a letter head.
