Logo Design Brief

Looking to spice/clean up our company logo. We are online marketing and media company. This Logo will be used on our website, bcards and t shirts. We like our current design and concept , but would like it spiced up (3D shadows, better font etc). Currently it seems very flat. You can go of this current designer and make it better however we are Open to other design and suggestions
