Flyer Design Brief

We need a 6" x 11" double sided flyer. This will be sent out to potential customers with high interest business loans. We would like the design to coordinate with the colors of our logo. I have included a mock up that we sketched out. I have also included a file of a mailer we received that we would like to use as a template (not colors or fonts, just set up). I have also included an .ai file of our logo.
