Can you please check this winner logo again !
If i am not wrong , according to your requirements

You need these things

1.Lower case i in the word ifunding: in solid black, the dot of the i should be larger then the font used and made to resemble a coin.
2.capital F in funding and Ventures LLC: crayola green with black outline.
3.Letter V in Ventures to be attached to the bottom of the letter F in iFunding.
