T-shirt Design Brief

HI I am working on a t-shirt idea, i would like IT'S FOR MY HEALTH across the top / above the drawn image ( see attached)
* Font style preferences : college font or similar to that would be great

Use attached drawn image for image on t-shirt and add the following words onto the leaves:
*note fill bottom leaves first and one word each leaf -
Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Pain, Insomnia, Arthritis, Migraines, Stress, Anorexia, Cancer, ADHD, Nausea , Epilepsy, Glaucoma, PMS, Neuropathy, HIV, Seizures, PTSD , Crohn's Disease,

Font preferences for lettering on leaves : American typewriter or similar
