Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Australia. We attract capital to invest in agricultural cropping land and development of that land for farmers who grow crops such as Wheat, Barley, Chickpeas, Cotton and Sorghum amongst others.
We would like to see designs that are simplistic rather than fussy and easily transferrable/identifiable to/on embroidered goods (shirts/hats)
Company name is Alesco which in latin means "to grow"
Whilst not essential, the use of the colour green is favourable.
