3D Design Brief

We have written a fitness book on isometrics that require a resistance bar for the upper body (R Bar) and lower body / core (R Cuff) to get through the Tiametric workout. We are currently using PVC but are considering other composites for the new line. Matt black, contemporary texture or combination. Durable yet soft where the hands and ankles make contact with the bar or cuff. I need your expertise to make a 3D rendering and file in order to make a printed or injected prototype.
