Must have

• Drop the confederate flag stripes due to negative implications politically. Increase the northern boarder of Illinois to include more counties. Nearly all the state except Chicago.

Nice to have

• Various on the images interior of the state outline . Images indicative of southern Illinois camel rock, iron furnace, deer, bucks, trucks, AR rifles, mud, jeeps, fishing. Bow hunting. Tractors atv 4 wheelers. Redneck water slides.

Should not have

• Confederate flag symbolism
