I have submitted the above design that I feel meets the main component of your design request, the cartoon character. I would like clarification for other things mentioned in the design brief for this competition.

Q1: "The shirt needs to be a dark color on / around the hips area immediately on the left and right hand side (due to oil / grease from firearms on the hip) and blended to the orange color for the rest (aside from the artwork)."

Are you requesting that the actual entire t-shirt be created by participants in this contest? ( not just the logos and cartoon, but the actual color of the shirt)

Q2: "The Cartoon, logo and webpage reference (ROLLSIZER.COM) must be able to be read easily and quickly. it is thought that the Logo and ROLLSIZER.COM reference would go on the LHS pocket on the front, and across the top of the shirt / shoulders on the back"

From the Rollsizer.com web page you want to see that little engineer guy in your banner on the shirt pocket as well as the back?
Is the company name WHITEHEAD SPECIALTY ENGINEERING part of the t-shirt design as well?
