Logo Design Brief

I am running grill hotel , i need logo designe for that.

Mcmullen Grill will be a standard fine dinning excellence, a steak house
in Blantyre, Glasgow and we are planning on keeping the ambience very
traditional and more like home accompanied by good music. Our special
meals are "Samurai's appetite"(chicken tiryaki) and "Don't chicken
out"(BBQ Chicken).

And about fonts, I like sans serif something energetic and very steaky
:)
