We host an educational conference for physicians each year, but this year is our *90th year* so we're going big. We have decided to add break-out sessions (tracks) to our conference, which is usually only one track and held in only one room.
Each year we mail out a brochure, and I have attached last year's as a reference (see "2017 Brochure" attachment). Also attached is a copy of the Save The Date we did earlier this year, so it would be nice if this brochure was similar to that design, but it's not necessary.
I have attached a sample of the type of agenda (table) I am looking for, but we obviously want it to look much nicer than this. The lectures in the GREEN are plenary sessions (all attendees together in the same room), and the lectures in BLUE are break-out sessions (attendees go to separate rooms).
This brochure will be three events rolled into one, with the Scientific Session being the most prominent.
* EVENT NAMES:
"The 90th Annual Scientific Session"
"The 28th Annual Meeting"
"The 2nd Annual New York FIT Jeopardy Competition"
* SIZE: In the past, we have done a double-gate fold, which is 22.5" wide x 8.5" tall (double-sided art) that the printer folds down to 5.5" x 8.5" (with space for the stamp and address. Your art can be smaller but not larger. It should be able to fold and have space for an address to be printed.
* CONTENT: In addition to the agenda/table, there will need to be a "cover," room for the faculty names and their organizations, room for the Program Description, room for the Target Audience, room for the Program Objectives, room for the boards of directors (3), room for registration rates, room for the Physician Continuing Medical Education section, room for the Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest section, room for the ADA section and PIM section (with logos), room for how-to-register information and room for the Jeopardy event details (and address and cost).
* LOGOS: We will need to have our CHAPTER logo, SOCIETY logo, "90th" logo, New York Cardiac Center logo, and the PIM logo somewhere on the document.
* IMAGERY: I have high-resolution photos of past Annual Meetings and Jeopardy events if needed. It's not crucial that this brochure have pictures though.

Requirements
Must have
- Must have a "table," design or infographic that clearly shows the schedule of events (plenary sessions and break-out sessions). Must have event names, room for faculty names and their organizations, the Program Description, the Target Audience, the Program Objectives, the 3 boards of directors, registration rates, the CME info section, the Disclosure of COI info, the ADA section and PIM section (both with logos), how-to-register information and the Jeopardy event details (with room for the address and cost details).
- * SIZE: In the past, we have done a double-gate fold, which is 22.5" wide x 8.5" tall (double-sided art) that the printer folds down to 5.5" x 8.5" (with space for the stamp and address. Your art can be smaller but not larger. It should be able to fold and have space for an address to be printed.
- * LOGOS: We will need to have our CHAPTER logo, SOCIETY logo, "90th" logo, New York Cardiac Center logo, and the PIM logo somewhere on the document.
Nice to have
- Nice to have a design that looks somewhat similar to the Save The Date that was sent out (attached, "SaveTheDate_sourcefile")
Should not have
- Should not have stock imagery of people or be too cartoonish. These are physicians, many at the very top of their field, and this is their annual, professional educational event. Even though it's our 90th "birthday," this is not a party and should not look too celebratory.
