Logo Design Brief

We're looking for a logo design for a new apartment community being built in a suburb of Portland, Oregon, Bethany. Bethany is a middle/upper class neighborhood with a beautiful downtown meeting area and tree lined streets. Bethany 5 will have sixty-four 1, 2 and three bedroom apartment homes. No amenities at this community. The photos attached are not of the exact community, but they're done by the same builder, so its the same feeling. Building colors for Bethany 5 are a light grey and navy blue. For our logo and signage we would like to incorporate colors. Our direct competition is using a teal and grey and the neighbors on the other side are using a burnt orange/red and neon green.
