Logo Design Brief

We are a company selling Tractor attachment products online. I'd prefer a lot of black & white in the logo, with "kubota orange" dispersed throughout. Any other colors should at least not be prominent. I included some copies of what I was trying to do before giving up, but you don't have to follow that design path. However, I like the idea of having a "TLA" square logo for facebook profiles etc.
