3D work is every expensive, due to the skill and labour that it requires.
I advise to guarantee the project or atleast increase the budget.

but that includes a trailer of 53 'in the center where the aerodynamic skirts are shown on the sides and the aerodynamic tail on the back

you only need a 3d design, a representative model, rendering?

I don't have a 3D design of the trailer (we do not require a perfect 3D model, simply one that will pass as a 53ft trailer as seen in the link in this message). Please see here for example of trailer: [Non image link removed]I can however get you 2D designs of the skirts and tail.
Note that I have added a .JPG of the layout we would like for the booth.

Yes, we would just like you to copy in 3D the E-SMART stand that is in the photos.
Yes, we only need a 3D rendering of the layout attached to the brief (please refer to .JPG labeled TMC19 Booth Layout). We would need an export as .JPG or PDF to present to our CEO.

Can you please specify what file format you require for the TAIL and Skirt?
I may be able to get you something from SolidWorks (can extract .STP for example).
