Logo Design Brief

I am starting a new company that will coach organisations and individuals as well as undertake counselling for people to help them be more resilient. The company name is Vigere Ltd, And this is a Latin name, to be active, be effective
be strong/vigorous.thrive, flourish, bloom

I am looking for a fairly simple logo that potentially depicts a head ( to show its mental health) but bring in aspects of growth, from roots to branches. I am not sure if it is possible to show change is possible and if the brain is nurtured then it really comes alive.

Target Market(s)

Anyone that wants to live life to the full and not constrained by upbringing, or past trauma, including addiction or just a lack of access to love and opportunity in their lives
