Logo Design Brief

I am the new CEO of a company and will be starting a blog for an internal web site. My theme for the year is going to be "Be The One" and I through my blog I will encourage people to "be the one to make a difference" .. "be the one that the customer calls first" .. "be the one to stand up and be heard" ... etc.
It is a generally conservative company as opposed to a super fast paced startup. We are in the healthcare field although I really don't want a healthcare related logo (no red crosses please!!!)
