Logo Design Brief

Hello, we are looking for a logo for our new sports officiating bloopers video site, Referrors.com. A quick buildout of the site is up, though the full, professional version is still under construction. Please use the temporary version for your reference. We know we will have a white background and that our main accent colors will be orange and light blue. Please utilize an animated referee in stripes or something similar as the basis for this design. We won't be able to use the ref in the 16x16 favicon, so please do something scalable with the lettering (Specifically the "R" and "E" in "RefErrors." Feel free and use your creativity and while working within the color scheme provided above. Thanks!
