Logo Design Brief

I am seeking a logo design for my new company. I am a mental health and wellness coach, beginning my own endeavour. My practice focus' on the motto of " heal, grow, achieve". I would like my design to use grey scale, and be clean, simple, yet trendy and appealing. I would like to see a hand, pine trees, and mountains incorporated in order to communicate my above motto.
