Logo Design Brief

We need a company logo for a new modern furniture company. We make custom furniture, we try to incorporate a technique called Marquetry. It involes using inlaid work made from small pieces of variously colored wood to make up designs or pictures. The company is called Visionary Woodworking. I would like the logo to be modern/ coporate style. Have it be in grey scale with just a splash of color. I would also prefer not to use a saw blade or hand tools, I feel like that has been over done.
