Hi,

I am very interested in your project.

Do you have any ideas of what you would like to incorporate into your logo? Just to get a better idea of what you're looking for.

Hi Ash!

We are essentially looking to update and "refresh" our identity from the older files (attached to the project). The older logo is not bad, but has a very late-90s feel to it. Something that teases out the sense and highlights us as THE voice for Virginia Bicycling Advocacy. That may mean including a cyclist and an image or outline of the Commonwealth of Virginia, but not by necessity. Hope that helps and thank you for your interest in this project!

You say "tagline should capture mission and goals of organization in a couple of words".

Hi all,


Thank you for the continued interest in the project. I will answer all questions as best as possible.

(1) Since this is the first time we have used Design Crowd, we do not know how good (or bad) the logos we receive will be. We will pay for quality work, and desperately need a new design, but do not want to get a lot of poor designs and be stuck paying a designer. That is why it is not guaranteed.

(2) I am not sure what file is N2, but you can email me personally and I will send it to you: michael AT riderichmond DOT net, along with any questions or problems.

(3) I have updated some preferences, nice to haves, and our organization''s website. To note: "The Virginia Bicycling Federation is a statewide organization working to change public policy and community attitudes, to improve the safety, convenience, and acceptance of bicycling."
