Brochure Design Brief

I need both documents to be better formatted and designed so they look professional, not something someone with mediocre word skills put together. They will go out to 1000s of industry professionals, and they need to look sharp. I need them to have my company's color palate logo, and branding on it similar to how it is now, but better. Please do not change any of the written content, but it can be arranged in any other format you think is better. Smart art and things i've already used can be omitted in favor of better designs. The developer is free to use their creativity. White paper should not be longer than the three pages unless necessary.
