Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a sports consulting and training company based out of San Jose, Ca. Diamond Sports Development focuses mainly on baseball and softball athletes from 10 years old to professional players. We develop players with fitness, speed, and strength training, mental training, specific skill training, and career consulting. I would like to see a design that uses mostly black and white, but I am open to some color, possibly red or blue. The final design should communicate an attention to detail, innovative training techniques, the exclusivity of being an elite athlete, and relates contemporary style.

Target Market(s)

Sports consulting and training groups that works with ages 10 to professionals. Logo should be stylish and clean as to reflect our innovative approach to athletics. Our target market is 10 to 25, but I would like the design to appeal to parents as well.
