Do you need coded website or just psd only?

Thanks for your message. I have to admit I'm not familiar with how websites work. Would you be kind enough to explain what the difference is?

1. PSD is the first stage of website design here you will get design screen shot with PSD
2. It need to convert to html/css.
3. If you need to edit content , CMS like wordpress,joomla etc required.
4.Web hosting (if you dont have doman and webhosting need to purchase domain ,hosting space).
5.Transfer code to server...

I have the domain name already and the hosting goes along with it.

So first I would say I would like to see a design concept of what the site would look like. Once that's approved or selected then I would provide content which would then be uploaded to the domain. Does that sound about right?

I think word press would be great.

I would like the website to be able to link with a calendar type feature so that clients can book appointments online. As well, I would need to be able to accept credit card payments.
