Web Design Brief

I need to get a new site designed for WordPress. Someone did a design for us but it was with Adobe. That site is currently at www.internationalsupportgroup.com/lyndon. I like some of the design but I'm looking other options. We have 3 divisions in our company, i.e. Facilities Maintenance, Construction and Information Technology.
