Design a one to two color logo for a real estate association. We want a modern, clean, and updated look. We are located in the Mid-West of the United states, Bloomington-Normal Illinois. Our purpose is provide services that ensure the professionalism and success of our real estate members, while promoting real property ownership and protecting private property rights in our communities.

Must have

• I have attached our current logo, which represents many things in our area, but its too crowded, not modern and difficult to print because of the thin lines. We want a simplified design. The acronym for our association is BNAR and our name is the Bloomington-Normal Association of Realtors (Realtors must have the registered R after the s). Blue is a color we prefer to use and you can use this same blue on the logo file uploaded if you wish along with another color or you can submit some other options you think may be fitting. Our website is being redesigned and is not live yet but here is the link for you to see the look and feel of it with current logo being used. http://bnrealtors.labs.awesomeassociation.com
• Please create the design in a vector file. As well as a RGB and CMYK version for web and print.
• Can be a combination of any of the logo styles selected below.
