Logo Design Brief

Looking for logo/icon for our secondary brand Four Star Provisions - a high end specialty food company catering to great chefs.
We'd like to use the font ONLY - NO FISH!!!!! from the parent company "Four Star Seafood" and then incorporate a graphic image of this specific kind of long acorn as an icon to be combined with the words "FOUR STAR PROVISIONS" as a complete logo. Should be simple and elegant.
For the business card, just a simple design, with only 4 stars on the "back" of the card with the logo and info on the front.
