Logo Design Brief

logo design required. This is for a vehicle ant-theft system which immobilises a vehicle but also provides full tracking/theft recovery.
Please only supply logo - do not provide logos showing different uses for example on letter heads, building etc as these are not required. Logo will only be used on website and promotional material.
The stop part should be red in colour with either a stop sign in the 'O' or a hand sign - other ideas considered but should reinforce the stop element.
Track white text with a black out line (other options considered). Again open to suggestions to reinforce the tracking element of the system here.
Design should be clean. Will be used on a corporate website with white designs and no clutter. Design required with both registered trademark and without.
The final design should be clean but strong.
Please also provide your design with and without tag line. 'Vehicle Immobilisation & Tracking System'
