Logo Design Brief
Design a logo for a Recruitment Company specialising in property and real estate based in Australia. Ideally the logo will include a version without the word 'property' so just 'Key People' but the primary logo right now is for Key Property People. The business is trustworthy, executive, professionally and modern. I'm hoping to use the winning designer for ongoing work as the business launches. This will include mailshots, website design and many more areas.
UPDATE - Please do not include any images of a house or a magnifying glass. The focus words are on key and people but logos need to be more on the abstract side; unique and definitely not a standard picture of a key.

Requirements
Must have
- the above words.
Nice to have
- the words could be the logo, it would be nice to have an abstract image or pattern that could form our core logo, along with the words. Modern and professional is the main priority.
Should not have
- anything that resembles clip art. Definitely Nothing with a magnifying glass or anything too literal. A Clearly visible ‘key’ symbol is also not wanted. Prefer abstract symbols
