Logo Design Brief

We are a consulting business about diversity and inclusion, specifically for customer inclusion. This means everything from cultural, social, disability, age, gender, digital, location, financial and all types of inclusion. The logo needs to express the concepts of inclusion in a professional way, but open to some playfulness as well. The colour palette hasn't been set, but the logo will define that. The log needs to be complaint to web accessibility standards and maintain at least a 3:1 contrast ratio, and work well both in a web heading printed design, and also as a square for profile logos.
