Logo Design Brief

The Luana at Trinity is a new community of ultra modern architecturally designed townhomes located in the suburb of Trinity Groves in Dallas.

The logo MAY include the river, the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge, or some townhomes..... but does not NEED to include any of those.

Would like to see some "modern" fonts used please.
