Graphic Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new executive/personal coaching business that I am starting up. The name of my business is "Nick Doulias Performance Coaching". This business works with people to explore their dilemmas to find solutions to become more productive and achieve positive results in their work and lives in general. I want the design to inspire people and exude confidence, hope and empowerment so that people can dream big and move forward with their goals and vision. I would like the picture (which is of me) to be some type of watermark in the logo (ie. as a faded background or in the middle) and besides the name of the business include the words inspire-motivate-empower and excellence in the tag line. Ideally I would like the colors to stand out.

Target Market(s)

People looking for a coach to help improve performance at work or in life in general. This could range from executives looking for coaching to the lay person looking for coaching on a specific life issue. I will also be specializing in health and wellness coaching.

Requirements

Must have

• A logo that inspires, empowers, motivates etc.
• -The name "Nick Doulias Performance Coaching"
• -Tie in the words inspire, motivate, empower, as well as excellence.
• -I picture the 4 words above being in the same font/color but have the first 3 words above the name and excellence below the name. Somehow show that inspire/motivate/empower from my coaching will bring excellence.
• -Attached picture in the background
• -Would like the name part of the logo to look "fast" or "forward/future" projecting
• -See attachments.
• -Would be fine if the arrow was subtle in the background as well but also open to something bold looking.
• -Easy to read but bold looking font.
• ***Note—although my sketch shows the logo as a circle I am open to other designs/shapes as long as the attached sunset pic is included.

Nice to have

• Vibrant colors.

Should not have

• Dull colors.
• Do not want white lettering.
