Logo Design Brief

We would like to update our logo. We want something a bit more modern looking, we are a Technical Services company and want something "techy". BUT - very important - we need to somewhat keep an "S" logo, and would prefer the logo to be "FLAT" rather than "3d" as it is now. We need two versions, one with a white background, one with a black background. We also want to toy with using any combination of green, blue, and red as shown in the color wheel below.
