Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our start-up company, Conscious Business Insights. We have a leading edge leadership & organizational cultural assessment that is unique. We link leadership behaviors to the organization's climate/engagement/culture so the leaders can make individual changes to drive improved culture. Our mission is to change the world by helping leaders be more effective through increased self-awareness, thus enhancing the culture. These insights help leaders wake up, and lead more consciously. Our main product is REAL Leadership Assessment, focusing on the four most impactful categories of leadership competencies, resilience, engagement, agility, and leadership wisdom. We are spinning off of our parent company, Stop At Nothing, stopatnothing.com, and our current page on REAL is https://stopatnothing.com/leaders/real-leadership-assessment/ Attached is an old description and not our current layout style.
