Flyer Design Brief
We need a flyer for a new company based in Annapolis, MD called Screwpile Communications. We offer Social Media Management, Traditional Media Ad Design/Placement, Professional Video Production, Email Marketing and Graphic Design services. This flyer will serve as a leave behind/sales flyer to promote our services. I have attached the logo. The font in the logo is Helvetica Neue Light STD.

- I would like this flyer to have a front and back page so that I may print a double sided flyer. I have a logo that will need to be included. I want to illustrate the services I can provide with pictures and text. For example, for Social Media Management I would like the logo for Twitter, Facebook, Google +, Places, LinkedIn, etc.
I have attached pictures of local lifestyle magazines that I would like used to illustrate my Traditional Media Ad services. Please use these images or other images of the same publications if you find better ones.
I will provide copy in an attachment.

Nice to have
- A screwpile lighthouse is a type of lighthouse found on Chesapeake Bay. If it works it would be nice to incorporate images of these somehow, if it does not work that is fine.
