Book Cover Design Brief

The design will be used across a series (3) of Word Search puzzle books on the Bibile: The Holy Bible Volume 1, The Book Of Psalms Volume 1, and the Book Of Proverbs Volume 1. The design can be the same on all three books the titles will of course just need to be different (open to creative suggestions here.) Some ideas for the titles of each include: “Bible Word Search Large Print Puzzles For Adults and Kids Volume 1,” and/or “Book Of Psalms Word Search Large Print Volume 1” etc.

Target Market(s)

Adults middle age and older and kids. The three books might also be used for a biblical word association study aid. This will be a printed book targeting those that have an interest in printed activity books and biblical study material and may want an alternative to games on electronic devices like iPads.

Requirements

Must have

• Most of the printed puzzle and activity books that are available today, with the exception of those published by The New York Times are very dry would like to see something unique and eye catching with a clear title.

Nice to have

• Would be nice to perhaps have a bible somewhere in the cover design. Possible idea might be a silhouette of a person looking in to or reading the Bible. I've attached some designs from current puzzle books that have caught my attention. Design might incorporate something biblical but it doesn't necessarily have to. Would like to see the use of some color in the design.
