Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new training and consultancy business based in Brisbane QLD called 'Courage Training and Consulting Services'. We will be providing training in the area of Domestic and Family Violence, Trauma, Attachment and Adolescent to Parent Violence to government and non-government agencies across Australia and abroad.
We would like our logo to focus on the word Courage with a tag line 'helping you make a difference'. We were thinking that the 'our' within the word Courage could stand out in some way. We would like an emblem that we can associate with the brand. We would like our logo to look clean, professional with a bit of funk!
We would like the logo to convey concepts such as 'connection', 'support', 'growth', 'healing'.
