We need a logo design for a new program that our not-for-profit organization will be providing. The Healthy Hearts Program is for cardiovascular patients designed to help:
- regain your strength
- reduce the risk of future cardiovascular events
- improve your overall health and quality of life
The program has been created for people who have had a cardiac incident (heart or brain) have undergone heart surgery or a heart transplant or are at risk for these conditions. After the initial fitness assessment, a customized fitness plan is created that includes cardiovascular and strength training, mobility, range of motion and balance.
Target Market(s)
Adults who are looking for support after they have received cardiovascular treatment with regard to any physical problems that may develop.
