Logo Design Brief

I need to update my logo. I have a Marketing Agency, Online Publishing Company, and Business Coaching Company that services Entrepreneurs, Authors, coaches, speakers, and small businesses in the health, health wellness, environmental and human interest industries. My logo design is a tree trunk with one hand reaching up and one down to uplift the one reaching up. The trunk should be orange. Leaves can be half green and half orange. Much like a fall tree turning orange to signify change. I'm also thinking a blue globe would be nice in the background instead of the Arrow pointing up (which looks more like a house). Please make this a vector image. You have creative freedom. My circuit board idea didn't work out quite the way I envisioned. Most important is the hands in the tree trunk being the focal point and the green to orange foliage. If you want you can change the Globe to a circle, add roots, no roots, it's up to your inturpretation.
My hardest struggle was using the tree without the logo looking like a tree service.

• Please look at the EPS Files I provided for color and Design. Pulling down the EPS may save time because you can use the hands already in the file and get a starting point to work from.

Nice to have

• Globe in the background, a green highlight item, Green leaves,...
• Please use my logo as a foundation for your updated version please make the lines thicker so that the hands are more obvious when reduced to favicon size.

Should not have

• Do not incorporate the Arrow that is in the original logo that looks like a house
