Logo Design Brief

I need a creative logo design for an Sydney based event management company that plans and design weddings, special events as well as candy buffets. Please keep in mind that although this logo must suit my services, I will also expand my business at a later stage to take on corporate events as well as nightlife/entertainment events too so I want my logo to represent all of the above.

I hate plain and boring and love creativity.

Requirements

Must have

• I would like it if there was some sort of a house incorporate into the logo because Haus is house in German... for those of you who don't already know that.
  

Nice to have

• I love colour.. so please add colours to my logo.
  Colours I like are different shades of purple, pink, blue, green, grey, black... in saying that though please don't make it too girly by putting just pink and purple.
  
  Also some other ideas could be that the word Haus stands out from the words of Events... such as a different colour for HAUS. Just a suggestion.
  
  I'd prefer if the house were to stand alone, so either beside the text or preferably above, the the word haus in wide bold to be underneath the house (almost like the house is sitting on the word haus)... same length, then of events to be a bit smaller but also the same length to be under the word haus. Thats some what my vision but open to creativity, ideas, suggestions.
  
  With the font I like bold wide styled fonts. For inspiration please go to http://www.dafont.com and have a look at the types of font under the category 'basic'.

Should not have

• I do not like the colours orange and red and I dont want my logo to be all one colour.
  
  I hate old style fonts as well as plain and boring logos.
  
  I'd prefer for the text 'haus of events' to not be inside the actual house.
  
  Please don't make my logo look to plain and don't make my logo look specifc to just weddings... as I am doing other events too, including corporate and nightlife events at a later stage and want my logo to represent that too.
