Logo Design Brief

I need a corporate-looking logo for a new company based in the UK. I provide medical nutrition therapy to people in the community who have suffered a traumatic injury such as a brain injury, spinal cord injury or amputation. **My target market is personal injury lawyers, case managers and allied health professionals NOT the client themselves (the lawyers and case managers are the ones who refer to me). The final design should communicate health/vitality/recovery in a professional and inspiring way. I also want to emphasise the words "nutrition" and "rehab." Please...no apples or leaves in the logo! My favourite colour is red (like a cherry) but I will consider other colours as well.
