Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a Logo for my holding company and most companies under it. The company is called "Intrigue Global". Most companies under it will be called
Intrigue Global (on the first line)
"company type" i.e. Property Management (one the second line)

The logo/graphic design I want should present a modern but rustic elegance feel, like if you walk into a castle from the year 1200 that has been renovated with a modern touch, and should certainly cause Intrigue on the viewers part. Something Mysteriously dark but with some sharp colored accents.

I'm not much of a creative mind, so this is probably the best I can get creative with the description. If you need any other specifics please ask. I am open to suggestion and not by any means solidified on a specific shape or structure to the logo.

Attached is a general idea but not necessarily the color scheme or brand image that I am looking for.
