Logo Design Brief

I need a logo that is for a Water Utility provider. We provide drinking water for the town. Something circular to represent the cycle of water. Very Simple in Design, we are not a government entity. Keep the colors solid as they will be placed on shirts and trucks/equipment. Maybe 3-4 colors at Max. The attached file was a thought but We are open to ideas.
