Graphic Design Brief
The whole idea of my design is that it is to show how to change perception of turning an every day item into something different. (Essentially how to see things differently). I need to do a design which shows 4 frames integrating how to turn a cup and a torch into a rocket (see pictures attached).
You can either use the photos attached or even draw/design what I need to represent into these frames.
I have attached four pictures which will be the frames:
Picture 1 (frame 1): Photo of a packet of cheap plastic wine cups from the supermarket.
Picture 2 (frame 2): Photo of one of these plastic wine cups out of the big packet as an individual item.
Picture 3 (frame 3): Photo of a torch
Picture 4 (frame 4): Photo of me cutting the base of the wine cup, and turning the plastic wine cup and torch into a Rocket.
The other attachments are: my logo + a modern funky example of something I quite like using yellow, black, white and grey
Above the frames is to go the words (in funky writing):
Is it just a cheap plastic cup and torch - or is it a rocket?
Below the frames is to go these things:
a. Do you believe what you see or see what you believe?
b. My logo (attached) and my website: www.rachelwotten.com
It needs to be super funky. It is essentially representing "Design Thinking".
It needs to be simple and understood at one look. As so many people are getting so much information these days, I need people to be able to look at this picture and go...wow that's cool at one glance.
I don't mind what colours you use. My website is www.rachelwotten.com. Happy for you to use anything that looks funky. I quite like the yellow, white, grey (charcoal) or black combination (as the yellow represents ideas coming out of the dark) BUT you don't have to use that, use whatever you think is funky! I like Modern Funky.
I hope this is enough of a brief? Rachel
