Word Template Design Brief

We are looking for a professional, 5 page document to import our proposals onto. We are looking for a cover page with plenty of color and design built around and utilizing our logo. The remaining four pages should utilize our logo and have some design elements to make it stand apart from other formal proposals. We aren't sure what this looks like yet, so we are open to plenty of ideas. I will upload our logo for your use. We are a fire protection company that sells primarily to other commercial clientele.

First page will be the cover page. This should have our logo prominently placed. A place for the clients name and info.
Second page will be the Executive Summary. Smaller logo, possibly a border on this page, and a clean colorful ribbon on the footer with our information on the bottom. I do like red, blue and black for colors.

Third page will be material lists and pricing information

4th page will consist of detailed scope of work, and exclusions
Fifth page will consist of terms and conditions
