Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a MASCOT designed logo for our table top wargaming company called Madhouse Wargaming. The company will have its own website and shows videos on Youtube as well as the website of players playing competitive table top games. The two games played are Warhammer 40k and Warhammer Age of Sigmar. This MASCOT style logo will be displayed on screen for an intro as well as throughout the videos in the bottom left corner. It will also be on printed materials including screen pressed and stitched apparel. The concept we are looking for is a semi sinister looking clown or jester smiling holding in their hand a pair of 6 sided dice. The colors also are red and black for the company and we would like to keep it that way as much as possible. We have uploaded the files of the font in which we would like to use as well as a concept picture we found online of what we would like to see of the image adding a hand in there holding the dice. Obviously we can't use the same image as it is copyrighted but it gives you the idea of what we are looking for.Thanks
