IM for Matrix Credit Fund - is the document that needs work

Make sure it is all done in MS WORD so that i or lawyers can edit some words if required

the IM is NOT final but its 95% of the way there. Maybe a few more pages and wording changes - but that is something i can do i guess or you can easier adjust
